Charcoal Steamed Lobster

(A Capt's House Specialty)
These lobsters are as fresh as can be. We split them, clean them, add butter then double wrap them in foil to seal them tightly and lay them on the charcoal. The intense heat of our charcoal grill steams them in their own juices. Cooking time is about one half hour so enjoy the anticipation! You won't find a more tender, moist, and flavorful lobster anywhere.
